Diagnosis & decision · Marketing & Sales Excellence

Three tables. Three reports. Three different perspectives. A big decision needs the whole picture.

We examine your business growth through four perspectives—market, customer, competitor, and company—bringing the findings together into strategic priorities, initiatives, and a clear roadmap.

A complete understanding. The foundation for strategic decisions.

We bring together insights from market, customer, competitor, and company to identify root causes and determine your business growth priorities.

Best suited when

Branding, marketing, and sales activities are underway, but their contribution to growth remains unclear. You need an integrated diagnosis to identify root causes, align commercial direction, and set the right priorities.

Not suited when

You need an agency to run day-to-day campaigns or sales activities, detailed process mapping and SOP development, or focused research to answer a specific question.

The story

In architecture, a building's strength depends on how its structures work together. The same applies to business: branding, marketing, and sales must be understood as one system. We examine all three through four perspectives to identify what drives growth and where its potential is being held back.

The proof

The engagement ran for approximately five months across four phases: Assessment, Root Cause Analysis, Strategy, and Roadmap. In a building materials brand engagement, our diagnosis identified gaps in commercial performance. Following implementation of the recommendations, ROMI increased from 5.71× to 7.87×, alongside 43.2% revenue growth.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the engagement take, and when can we expect results?

A typical MSE engagement takes approximately five months, covering assessment, root cause analysis, strategy development, and roadmap design. Business impact depends on implementation, your team's readiness, and market conditions. We agree on the timeline and success measures upfront.

Do we need to start with a full MSE engagement?

Not necessarily. We start by understanding your business question and current situation. If a focused analysis of one perspective can answer the question, Focused Lens Engagement may be more appropriate. We recommend MSE when the challenge requires an integrated diagnosis across multiple business areas.

What data do we need to provide?

We need relevant information to understand commercial performance, such as revenue, margins, customers, marketing activities, and sales pipelines, along with access to the teams involved. Data requirements, access boundaries, and confidentiality arrangements are agreed upon before the engagement begins.

What if the root cause is different from what we expected?

That's precisely what the diagnosis is designed to uncover. Issues that appear to originate in marketing or sales may actually relate to market shifts, customer needs, competitive strategy, or internal capabilities. We examine the question through four perspectives and base our recommendations on the findings. If a different approach or scope is needed, we'll discuss it with you before proceeding.
