Privacy Policy

We only ask for the data we need to answer your question, and only after you have seen the result first.

This policy explains how SWARA ("we") collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data you provide through this website. It is drafted with reference to Indonesia's Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).

1. Data we collect

We only collect data you enter yourself:

  • Pathway Finder. Your answers (situation, signals you have seen, the question you want answered, root-cause clarity, what has been tried, and decision horizon), your role, annual revenue range and industry. This part stays anonymous unless you add personal details.
  • Personal details, if you choose to continue. Name, company name, work email and WhatsApp number.
  • Subscriptions, the handbook and webinar registration on WhatsApp. Your WhatsApp number, plus what you send: name, role, company, industry, revenue range, city, and email if you provide it.
  • Technical data. Visit source (for example campaign parameters and referring page), device type and usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools (see section 7).

We do not ask for specific (sensitive) personal data such as health, biometric or personal financial data.

2. What we use it for

  • Responding to your question, including contacting you by WhatsApp or email when you ask us to.
  • Sending you the Pathway Finder summary and webinar information relevant to your challenge.
  • Sending SWARA's Monthly Business Insights, the handbook and webinar updates on WhatsApp when you ask for them. Reply STOP to stop at any time.
  • Improving the site's content and experience, based on aggregated data that does not directly identify you.

We will not use your data for other purposes without telling you and, where required, asking for fresh consent.

3. Legal basis

The main basis for processing is the explicit consent you give by ticking the consent box on a form. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see section 6). Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

4. How long we keep it

Personal details are kept for as long as they are needed for the purposes above, and no longer than retention period pending decision after our last contact with you, unless the law requires longer storage. After that the data is deleted or anonymised. Pathway Finder answers without personal details are only used in aggregate.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. It is only accessible to the SWARA team handling your question and to processors that help us run the service, such as hosting, email, CRM and analytics providers. Those processors may only process data on our instructions and must keep it confidential. Where a processor stores data outside Indonesia, we make sure the protection is equivalent to what UU PDP requires. Data may also be disclosed where required by law.

6. Your rights

Under UU PDP you have the right to:

  • be informed about how your data is processed;
  • access your data and obtain a copy of it;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • withdraw your consent to processing;
  • delay or restrict processing in certain circumstances.

Send requests to admin@swaraindonesia.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the period set by regulation.

7. Cookies and analytics

This site plans to use the following measurement tools not yet installed: LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google tag (Google Analytics / Google Ads) and Meta Pixel. They help us understand which campaigns bring visitors and which content is useful. A language-preference setting is stored on your device so the site shows in your chosen language. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data from unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. If a personal data protection failure occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by UU PDP.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. The latest version is always available on this page, with the update date at the top.
